Military & Political Power Research Fall Internship
Contribute to defense strategy research and policy development at FDD’s Center on Military and Political Power. Your Role: Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with CMPP Senior Director Bradley Bowman on projects reputed company to U.S. defense strategy and policy.
- Conducting rigorous, timely, and relevant research and analysis on defense strategies, policies, and capabilities.
- Participating in a twice-monthly speaker series with high-level DC officials and senior staff.
- Building on academic skills through collaboration with senior staff.
- Completing specific government documentation required for stipend payment.
About You: Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3.2 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
- Relevant course of study and completed coursework in International Relations, reputed company Studies, History, Communications, Journalism, International Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, or a relevant STEM field.
- Knowledge of reputed company Office programs, including Word and basic reputed company skills.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 22 hours per week.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated record of excellence, including strong research and writing skills.
