Remote Assistant (Short-Term Project | Planning & Admin Support | USA Only) About the Role: We’re looking for a project-based Virtual Assistant to support the planning and coordination of an upcoming seminar that spans multiple U.S. states. This is a remote, short-term role (1–3 months) with a fixed budget of $550, perfect for someone entry-level who is dependable, organized, and ready to jump in and help get things done. You’ll be working behind the scenes to support everything from scheduling to reputed company. If you're the reputed company of person who loves checking things off a list, keeping tasks in order, and being the one others can count on—you’ll do great here. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with basic event planning tasks across different states Managing schedules, timelines, and contact lists Coordinating communication with vendors and team members Keeping records, documents, and plans organized Providing regular updates and following up on key tasks Skills & Traits We’re Looking For: Strong administrative and planning skills Punctual and reliable—you show up and follow through Comfortable with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook) Detail-oriented and organized with good communication habits Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently Must be based in the USA Resume required for consideration This is a great opportunity to reputed company hands-on experience while contributing to a meaningful project.
