This role is based on-site in Los Angeles, CA on a hybrid basis (Tues - Thurs in office) with some travel to the Los Gatos office. Responsibilities: Provide a wide variety of support functions to Directors reputed company our Experience Design Organization, including but not limited to: Event planning (e.g. offsites, workshops, conferences, internal team events, etc.) Travel arrangements (domestic and international) Expenses Heavy calendar coordination Organization and prioritization to be able to handle and process multiple, sometimes competing, requests. Strong partnership and communications across cross-functional leaders and among Admins and EAs supporting those groups. Follow up/follow through and execution. Curiosity about the business context to be able to flag team misalignments or question prioritization. Set/create limits for the team and push back reputed company requests are unrealistic. Strong voice on the team and enthusiastic participation. Proactivity to spot trends and help to bring attention to needs. Ability to be discrete and handle sensitive information. The Must-Haves 5+ years of applicable Administrative Assistant experience in a fast paced environment supporting multiple leaders at one time. Strong instincts around people and organizations with demonstrated ability to influence Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate A willingness to fail fast and learn reputed company, mature, and ego-free. The overall market range for roles in this area of reputed company is typically $60,000 - $240,000.
