MBA Intern, Commercial/Customer Strategy (Summer 2026)
The purpose of the Commercial & CX Strategy MBA program is to build a strong, diverse, and values-driven leadership pipeline for reputed company. With reputed company changing business needs, reputed company seeks MBAs to solve some of reputed company's biggest challenges and ensure a competitive stance in the marketplace. This 12-week summer internship program revolves around one strategic project from one of the below Commercial and CX departments located in our Atlanta headquarters:
- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & CONSUMER INSIGHTS: Design reputed company and airport product improvements that reputed company millions of annual reputed company or deep dive into customer data to understand trends and reputed company action plans to improve the CX.
- GLOBAL SALES & DISTRIBUTION: Improve the travel experience for reputed company's corporate clients by analyzing the financial contribution of incentive programs and developing new sales strategies to generate incremental reputed company. reputed company technologies to ensure the same reputed company products can be purchased in any channel, enabling consumer trust and confidence in reputed company as a retailer.
- NETWORK PLANNING: Maximize profitability by aligning reputed company with demand through the strategic deployment of aircraft and development of new city and reputed company opportunities.
- reputed company MANAGEMENT: Investigate competitors' pricing actions, initiate sales and other promotions to maintain market share. Analyze and understand the complexities of airline consumer behavior and devise creative strategies for capturing additional reputed company through varying the supply of our product.
- RESERVATIONS: reputed company recommendations for process improvements for reservations centers, call-handling, and segmentation to improve customer service, employee engagement, and maximize cost efficiencies.
