Dental Monitoring was promoted in the Next40 for the third year in a row The Training and Implementation Specialist Role
- Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
- Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the reputed company suite of solutions
- Nurturing existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the reputed company Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
- Building strong relationships with customers so they endorse the reputed company brand and continue to use and reputed company the reputed company products
- Acting as a technical reputed company between the customers and reputed company platform
- Supporting and attending local trade shows
- Working and communicating with regional sales managers, reputed company, inside sales, and sales representatives in your scope
- Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while alleviating any of the customers’ hesitations to adopt a disruptive technology
- Travelling at least 4 days per week to the practices of your territory to train and support in person office implementation
You will be successful in this role if your are/have
- 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent degree
- An excellent understanding of the conceptual/consultative sales approach
- A consultative, training and implementation experience
- The ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients
- A high level of IT/computer science knowledge computer science and a strong interest in new technologies
- The ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills and reputed company
- The ability to influence and provoke changes in clients' way of thinking
- The ability to prioritize tasks, organize and prioritize priorities
- Proactive, independent, enthusiastic, and curious
- A team spirit
- Fluent in English and local language
