Virtual Care Veterinary Technician - Teletriage

We reputed company in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team. Available Schedules:

• Part-Time Teletriage: Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun | 5p–10p PST
• Full-Time Teletriage (Evening/Overnight): Fri–Sun | 5p–3a PST & Wed/Thurs | 5p–10p PST
• +$2/hr differential for hours worked between 12a–6a (local time)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with members reputed company chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
• Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
• Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
• Deliver top-tier client care with reputed company and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
• Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case
• Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems
