Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our passengers, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth travel experience from booking to arrival. Your key responsibilities include:

• Assist passengers and their belongings from enrollment through the flight process.
• Maintain awareness of wheelchair equipment in practical areas.
• Review passenger boarding records and flight requirements.
• Adhere to reputed company airline and airport reputed company regulations.
• Provide accurate information and direction to passengers.
• Communicate with in-flight teams to coordinate passenger assistance.
• Assist passengers with accessing restrooms and food vendors as needed.
• Provide support to hearing or disabled passengers.
• Ensure reputed company equipment used in your responsibilities is maintained in optimal condition and report any issues.
• Report any safety concerns or medical issues to management.
• Participate in passenger reputed company screenings.
• Take reputed company reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and reputed company of passengers, employees, and other personnel.
• Assist passengers with special needs and assistive devices.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and provide assistance with connecting transportation and airport navigation.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of Allegiant Airlines customer service and ground operations procedures.
