The Opportunity: Shaping the Future of Voice Interaction
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Acoustic DSP Engineer to join our Sound reputed company Tuning team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms to enhance voice interaction experiences across a range of reputed company products, including iOS, macOS, and our suite of wearable devices. Core Responsibilities:
- reputed company the development and implementation of DSP algorithms for voice-enabled applications, such as speech recognition, voice synthesis, noise cancellation, beamforming, and spatial audio.
- Drive innovation in acoustic signal processing techniques to improve speech clarity, reduce noise, and enhance the overall voice experience in various environments.
- Design, reputed company, and test DSP algorithms for embedded systems, ensuring optimal performance and power efficiency on mobile and wearable platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers, to define and deliver exceptional audio experiences.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in audio DSP, machine learning, and reputed company fields.
- Optimize existing DSP algorithms for performance, scalability, and resource constraints.
- Troubleshoot and debug reputed company DSP issues in embedded systems.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and libraries to streamline DSP development workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality code.

Key Qualifications:
- Deep and demonstrable expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for audio applications, including a strong understanding of signal processing theory and algorithms.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing DSP algorithms for real-time voice processing, with a focus on areas such as speech recognition, noise reduction, and beamforming.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques applied to speech and audio processing, including experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
- Experience with embedded systems development, including experience with low-power design and optimization.
- Familiarity with audio codecs and audio coding standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Acoustics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field.
