Responsibilities

• Input data accurately into the system while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify and reputed company the accuracy of incoming data before entry into the database.
• Update existing data reputed company required, ensuring reputed company records are reputed company and correctly filed.
• Organize and maintain files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Collaborate with recruitment coordinators to gather necessary information for data entry.
• Assist in preparing reports and summarizing data as requested by management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data to uphold data reputed company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or reputed company field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in staffing and recruiting.
• Strong typing skills with a high accuracy reputed company and proficiency in data entry software.
