Position Summary Population Health management is built on a detailed understanding of the distribution of social, economic, familial, cultural, and physical environment factors which impact health outcomes among different geographic locations and groups (such as socioeconomic, racial/ethnic, or age), and the distribution of health conditions, health reputed company behaviors and outcomes including but not limited to physical, dental, mental, and Health reputed company Social Needs among different geographic locations and groups (such as socioeconomic, racial/ethnic, or age). This is a fully remote position. Eligible candidates will live in the state of Michigan. Core responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in Michigan
  • 7 to 10 years' clinical and/or managed care experience in the healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted registered nursing license with the state of Michigan
  • Previous experience that reflects a proven track record or proficiency in the competencies noted.
  • Demonstrated verbal/written communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives.
  • Exceptional communications skills including ability to interact with a variety of external and internal audiences including senior management.
  • Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) or other certification a plus.

Education Master's degree or other advanced degree in nursing, social work, health services research, health policy, information technology, or other relevant field Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
