Job Overview

We're looking for a talented Business Analyst with expertise in data migration, data conversion, and SQL to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting data migration and conversion activities, documenting business processes, and translating requirements into functional and technical designs. You'll also have the opportunity to work on complex SQL queries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with our team to drive success.

Responsibilities

• Support data migration and conversion activities, including data cleansing and conversion projects
• Document business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches
• Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories and process flows
• Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting results
• Collaborate with our team to drive success and deliver high-quality results

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data migration, cleansing, and conversion projects
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL queries
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs
• Ability to create complex SQL queries
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our team

Desirable Skills

• Experience with corrections processes
• Ability to understand complex business problems and troubleshoot issues
• Understanding of data conversion challenges and underlying technical architecture
• Knowledge of database platforms and database design
