• Leading and guiding a team of engineers in best practices, with a focus on Java, cloud-based development, and system reliability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
• Designing, developing, and implementing large-scale, highly available applications
• Participating in reputed company stages of the software development lifecycle
• Collaborating with the architect to define the technical roadmap for the product
• Evaluating product requirements and proposing solutions
• Working closely with engineering to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs
• Completing appropriate documentation for technical plans, processes, and project decisions
• Building tools and templates to accelerate development and delivery
• Investigating and implementing new technologies and solutions to improve reputed company processes, reputed company, and performance

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience delivering SDLC solutions using ITIL/Agile/XP or similar methodologies
