Join Our Team of Innovative Problem Solvers as a Director, Client Relationship Executive - IPS, where you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term revenue growth and positioning our distinctive brand in the marketplace. This remote-based position offers a competitive salary range of $122,500 - $495,500, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, and a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, and more.

We are seeking a high-impact individual with a strong and diverse skillset to join our Business Development team. As a Director, you will manage sales pursuits and the sales pipeline, identify and qualify sales leads, and develop targeted relationship and account development strategies. You will also contribute to evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace and help drive success through your expertise in enterprise-level sales and ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement communication programs and media events to promote and sell our brand and services
  • Manage sales pursuits and the sales pipeline, and help the account team identify, qualify, and close sales leads
  • Develop targeted relationship and account development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Contribute to evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace
  • Support team members in disrupting, improving, and evolving ways of working when necessary
  • Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions
  • Establish and develop long-term client relationships, and effectively represent client needs to ensure appropriate solutions are brought to the client

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Minimum 8 years of sales or PwC experience, with a proven track record of success in an individual contributor sales role
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise-level sales and the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients
  • Strong understanding of the structure, key issues, language, and environment of one or more industry/sector groups
  • Ability to discuss and explain current and emerging issues within one or more industry sectors, including products and services applicable to those needs
  • Proven ability to initiate sales calls and contacts, pursue prospects, and win referrals and explore sales opportunities
  • Strong project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C-level executives and senior partners
