Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative I, you'll provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers, delivering a seamless experience across various products, applications, and services. You'll build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide effective solutions. Your goal will be to retain customer relationships, ensure compliance with our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service reputed company phone, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
