Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on reputed company processes and policies.
• Maintain excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest potential solutions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Previous healthcare or call center experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
