As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits, eligibility, and services. - Respond to inbound calls from reputed company Medicaid members and providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and additional programs.
- Provide accurate and timely information, ensuring a positive experience for reputed company callers.
- Utilize computer systems and software to access and update member information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, as needed, to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members, providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company systems and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
