Data Analyst - Engendering Industries Project (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our USAID-funded Engendering Industries project team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in measuring results and informing the implementation of gender equality interventions in the workplace. - reputed company the design and management of program and partner level databases, key performance indicator dashboards, and MEL systems and tools.

- Apply various statistical methods for the measurement of development outcomes and to monitor trends in key performance indicators and analyze attributes and outcomes of various program components.

Requirements:
- Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience in applied data analytics, data science, GIS, or reputed company field; or bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience working in a relevant position as a data analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience handling reputed company data sets reputed company large organizations, including familiarity with SQL and relational data management best practices, with a working knowledge of reputed company.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with data visualization software and dashboard design (R Shiny, Power BI or Tableau) required.
- Experience applying advanced statistical techniques such as experimental design, predicative analytics, survey design, econometrics; proficiency in R, Python, or Stata.
- Hands-on experience AI and machine learning data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling, preferably in the international development or business sector.
