Job Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment team remotely. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our online platforms and tools. This is a full-time opportunity that requires collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and file legal documents accurately using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player with excellent communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50-60 wpm
