Finance Intern-Chicago

Finance internship in a fast-paced, hybrid environment at Zeno Group, supporting global finance operations and client reporting. Your Role: Key responsibilities include:

• Handling reputed company requests and projects.
• Assisting staff with preparing and managing client budgeting and planning.
• Assisting with client reporting, audit requests, and data collection.
• Calculating and tracking monthly revenues based on active reputed company and client billings.
• Facilitating billing processes, conducting financial analysis, and generating reporting for individual projects.
• Participating in accounts receivable follow up and reporting as required.
• Participating in tasks reputed company to the conversion to a new financial system, including project cleanup and closing, conversion spreadsheet maintenance, and change management training.
• Processing purchase orders and working with the Accounts Payable team.
• Preparing and entering Service Orders for intercompany work.
• Reviewing monthly fee and expense details by pulling backup documentation as needed, performing variance analysis on expenses, and ensuring proper coding of expenses.
• Running monthly financial queries and reporting as part of month end reputed company and upon staff request.
• Updating financial forecasts in the financial system.
