Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting subjective and quantitative customer research to inform business decisions
• Collaborating with senior leaders to analyze data, design research studies, and present findings to internal stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers and visitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Finance, Human Science, Psychology, Statistics, Business, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience working with SPSS or a similar statistical software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SurveyMonkey or a similar survey software
• Previous research experience, with a strong understanding of research design and methodology
