About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This 8-month contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business operations. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for manually entering Accounts Payable invoices, managing data entry tasks, organizing and cross-referencing documents, and handling scanning, copying, and retrieval of records.Key Responsibilities:
- Manual entry of Accounts Payable invoices for integration
- Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Organize and cross-reference documents to ensure efficient processing
- Handle scanning, copying, and retrieval of records
- Check incoming invoices, make copies, distribute them, and update records with new information
- Store paperwork alphabetically and manage vendor issues while maintaining updated vendor files
