Job Description:

Role: Epicor ERP Application Developer

Location: Remote (St. Paul, MN)

Job Type: Full-time/Permanent

Summary: We're seeking an experienced ERP Epicor Software/Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the maintenance, design, and enhancement of our Epicor ERP applications. Your primary focus will be on working with end-users to understand their requirements and implementing user-friendly enhancements to the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize forms using Epicor Software Development Kit (C#)
• Develop Epicor Business Process Maps (BPM) and Business Application Queries (BAQ)
• Create Method Directives, Data Directives, and BAQs
• Design and deploy dashboards
• Deploy patches and upgrades through the Epicor Administration console
• Develop reports using Sequel Services Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Maintain documentation on changes to supported applications
• Communicate with software vendors on upgrades, patches, and technical requests
• Assist in the implementation of other software systems as needed

Accountabilities:

• Become proficient with application development tools required to support existing software applications
• Assist with the implementation of new releases of software applications, including testing and validation
• Develop training curriculum and provide training on application software
• Prioritize and complete projects and tech requests in a timely manner
• Complete internal and external IT training to perform at a high level within the position

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a minimum of 4 years' experience in ERP implementation and development
• Understanding of relational databases
• General knowledge of Epicor's ERP applications and security
• Knowledge of deploying patches and upgrades using Epicor Administration console
• Knowledge of SQL and SSRS
• Proficient PC skills
• Experience training end-users on software systems
• Epicor application/technical support experience
• C# programming desired
