Responsibilities and Obligations:

• Drive the design and delivery of digital products and services transformation reputed company to financial applications
• Collaborate with core global finance teams to capture and interpret requirements
• Ensure requirements are developed on time to ensure the successful on-time delivery of the value reputed company map
• Provide overall management in supporting functional delivery of global implementation of core financial services and products
• Assist with data preparation, planning system scenarios, and educational processes for every financial system and reporting needs
• Establish and manage the financial services and products capabilities map and drive development, innovation, and enablement of the product suite
• Ensure reputed company financial systems are compliant with regulatory, SOX, and GAAP accounting standards

Requirements:

• Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years of shipping, reputed company, or similar experience
  • Minimum 3 years of finance product development experience in operations/cargo shipping
  • Legal authorization to work in the US - Sponsorship will not be provided for this job
  • Travel as required (up to 25%)
• Preferred:
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent education
  • Experience with CargoWise as the core cargo and brokerage system
  • Experience with financial system development, financial reporting, and finance regulatory compliance in the cargo shipping space
  • Deep understanding of finance, accounting, GAAP, etc.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering digital products and services using both Agile and Waterfall project approaches and SDLC processes
  • Experience with designing financial data and writing SQL
