Responsibilities:

• reputed company patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to reputed company and implement a plan of care
• Promote patient health and independence through teaching and appropriate rehabilitative measures
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs, complete documentation timely and accurately, and regularly communicate patient reputed company to the clinical manager and care team

Qualifications:

• One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
