We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our fitness, indoor, and outdoor pool areas. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for our members and guests.

Job Summary

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of our building, including the fitness and indoor and outdoor pool areas. Your duties will include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning sinks and water fountains, dusting window sills, restocking paper products and soap, and maintaining the cleanliness of all bathrooms and locker rooms.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should be reliable, punctual, and take pride in your attention to detail. You should also have experience cleaning commercial buildings and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Pull trash, clean and replace liners in pails, and maintain waste disposal areas
• Clean sinks, water fountains, and other fixtures to prevent the spread of illness
• Dust window sills, ledges, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and dust-free environment
• Restock paper products and soap to ensure adequate supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness of all bathrooms and locker rooms, including showers, sinks, and toilets
• Report any safety hazards to your supervisor to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform exterior ground cleaning, vacuuming, and high dusting of vents, ledges, and handrails as needed
• Sanitize areas to prevent the spread of illness and maintain a healthy environment
• Setup and breakdown for functions and events as needed

Our Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

Salary and Hours

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour, with part-time hours available on the day shift.
