About the Role and Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team, supporting Marvel Studios Live Action, Animation, and Publishing. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice to employees and clients on HR policies, processes, and practices, and serve as the primary point of contact for client-related questions and business issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, timely, and professional client service, ensuring seamless follow-through and resolution of HR-related matters
• Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with HR functional partners and stakeholders
• Administer HR-related policies and procedures, including position management, job management, and local recognition programs
• Maintain accurate org charts, document area practices and protocols, and stay current on changes to HR policies and processes
• Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, headcount reconciliation, and provide support to projects as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or customer/client-facing professional role
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems (Workday)
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
• Strong communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills, with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
