Job Summary

As a Preschool Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative curriculum, model positive guidance, and maintain a safe and well-organized learning environment. You will collaborate with school district personnel, support team members, and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff. Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and creative curriculum for students
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management
• Support team members and collaborate with school district personnel
• Implement accreditation and state QRIS standards
• Communicate effectively with varied audiences, including children, parents, and staff

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and engage children in fun and interactive ways
• Respect for and dedication to working with children
• 1 year of direct experience in a licensed childcare atmosphere
• Associate's Degree with at least 60 semester hours in childcare
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, MERIT clearance, and Cleared TB
