About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual to join our Support team, working remotely from Bangalore. As a KYC Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide exceptional support to our users reputed company in-app live chat, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Analyze KYC documents and process data to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Represent Revolut online, maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputed company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across London, Moscow, Porto, and Lithuania to resolve customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Flawless English and Hindi language skills (reputed company-C2 level)
• Previous experience in the KYC area (preferred)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (recent university grads welcome)
• Strong writing skills, numeracy, and IT skills
