Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service and reputed company reputed company resolution.

- Identify root causes of inquiries through probing questions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call center environments.
