Responsibilities

• Engage with website visitors in real-time through live chat, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Enter marketing qualified leads into reputed company.com and transition qualified leads to Sales Managers as reputed company.com Opportunities.
• reputed company expertise in the live chat platform and stay up-to-date on BOXX's product features, promotions, and FAQs.
• Create canned responses and enhance tagging system in live chat platform to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule, to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales team and key marketing team members to ensure seamless reputed company handoffs and alignment.

Requirements
