Tutor - Academic Support Specialist in Rocklin, CA
Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to provide one-on-one and small group academic support to students in a classroom setting. As a Tutor at TES, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic goals and thrive in a supportive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized academic support in English-language arts and mathematics, as well as homework assistance to students at risk of not meeting grade-level performance.
- Monitor and report student progress to parents, teachers, program managers, and other stakeholders.
- Perform clerical duties related to tutoring services.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a school, classroom, or after-school setting.
- Appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage).
- Clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ.
- A current TB Test (within the last 6 months).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with one year of related experience.
- Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience.
- 48 completed college units with 3 years of related experience.
- Training in trauma-informed/responsive education.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
