Job Summary:

As a Manager, Accounts & Tax, you will play a pivotal role in reputed company, overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, leading junior staff, and ensuring seamless workflow and job completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Provide high-quality accounting and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support junior staff, reviewing their work, offering guidance, and promoting professional development
• Workflow reputed company: Ensure efficient workflow processes, addressing any issues and streamlining operations as needed
• Technical Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations to deliver accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing valuable insights and advice

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with part or full qualification
• Extensive experience in accounts and tax
• Proven managerial experience or aptitude for leading and mentoring a team
