Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of backend and data engineers responsible for ingesting, processing, and delivering large-scale data from various integrations.

A visionary engineering leader who enjoys shaping the strategic direction of teams and projects.

Experience building data pipelines and orchestration at scale. 

Product-focused with a proven track record in building and scaling data platforms or enterprise data-driven applications with a focus on speed and quality.

A hands-on technical leader and subject matter expert in application development, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.

Data-driven, using metrics to reputed company informed decisions and drive reputed company improvement.

A champion of best practices in test-driven development, CI/CD, and software delivery.

You Must Have

10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a staff leadership or management role.

Deep expertise in SQL, Python or analogous back-end language and API frameworks, with a strong understanding of scalable data architectures.

Real-world experience with APIs and integrating third-party services (e.g., reputed company, reputed company APIs).

Operated in a reputed company integration environment focused on rapid iteration, frequent incremental changes, and swift feedback loops

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and results-driven outcomes.

Experience with cloud platforms, containerized architectures, and scalable SaaS platforms.

Expertise in monitoring performance metrics and using data to ensure high productivity and product quality.

A track record of owning engineering projects and delivering measurable business impact.

Experience expanding software engineering teams either directly or as part of a leadership team.

Experience implementing observability and monitoring frameworks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, reputed company) and reporting on system KPIs.
