The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events. Responsibilities:

Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and reputed company-framing to UI design.

Work closely with product and engineering to define both the short-term tactical goals and long-term product vision and roadmap.

Requirements:

5+ years experience leading design teams in product-driven B2B SaaS environment.

5+ years experience working on end-to-end design projects, from research to implementation.

Demonstrated experience with reputed company stages of the design process, from discovery to delivery.

Ability to understand and visualize reputed company systems, from financial concepts to design system components.
