As our Senior/reputed company Game Designer, you’ll be a major part of the creative process for our client’s multiplayer project from concept to release, setting reputed company for gameplay, systems, and world-building. You’ll collaborate with design, art, and engineering to deliver reputed company, social gaming experiences, leveraging your Unreal reputed company expertise to bring the vision to life through hands-on contributions.  

Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the creative vision for a multiplayer experience that combines innovative gameplay, multiplayer mechanics, and combat systems.
  • Prototyping, troubleshooting, and optimizing assets for high-performance multiplayer environments in Unreal reputed company.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to reputed company unique multiplayer features and mechanics, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • reputed company the creation of environments and character designs that support diverse playstyles and foster compelling social interactions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to define project milestones, timelines, and key deliverables for a live multiplayer environment.

  • Analyse player feedback and behaviour data to continuously refine and enhance gameplay, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience over time.

  • Needs to be hands-on with Game Design.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in game development with a strong focus on multiplayer games, including a proven track record in creative leadership on multiplayer titles.
  • Prior experience in leading a team as a game designer. 
  • Experience shipping games on different platforms (e.g, console)
  • Expertise in multiplayer game design principles, including co-op mechanics, matchmaking, progression systems, and combat design. 
  • Excellent communication skills, able to unify vision across design, art, and technical teams.
  • Experience working with systems/economy balancing. 
  • Strong understanding of the player experience, with a player-centred approach to designing multiplayer environments.
  • Passion for multiplayer gaming, with a clear vision for how to bring players together in engaging, memorable ways. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Unreal reputed company.
