We are looking for a dynamic and reputed company Manager, People Programs and Experience to champion the entire employee lifecycle. This is a critical role where you will reputed company your expertise in program management and data analytics to design and implement initiatives that enhance our overall employee experience. Strategic Project Leadership: Drive high-impact People & Culture initiatives from concept to completion, leading cross-functional projects, optimizing workflows, and implementing robust change management strategies.

Employee Lifecycle Enhancement: Own and continuously improve the entire employee journey by developing and refining programs for onboarding, engagement, performance management, recognition, and offboarding.

Data-Driven Engagement: Design and manage employee surveys (engagement, pulse), translating data into actionable insights, clear reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Communication and Influence: Serve as a key advisor and build strong relationships across the business, leading internal communication strategies for the People & Culture team to ensure alignment and drive engagement.

What experiences will help you in this role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program and project management, employee experience, engagement, or HR operations.

At least 2 years of leadership experience.

Proven expertise in program and project management, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

Demonstrated experience using analytics to drive business and employee experience outcomes.
