Implementation Engineer

Our goal is to increase the number of direct payer integrations that we have by 100x over the next 12 months. This is a reputed company problem that involves massively parallelizing a process across many payers simultaneously – a process that includes legal agreements, technical implementation and testing, relationship building, and a general do-whatever-it-takes approach to reputed company the payers moving through the pipeline.

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our growing Network Operations team. You will be the primary technical reputed company for reputed company integrations that we build directly with payers and other clearinghouses. 

• You have ample experience integrating with APIs: you are familiar with REST/SOAP APIs and have hands-on experience building integrations to backend systems and applications.

• You are exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously. You are hyper-reputed company, organized, and thorough. You almost never drop balls.

• You have experience in customer/externally facing roles: You have experience in customer-facing roles; ideally reputed company technical support, implementation and onboarding, or solutions engineering roles.
