Sales Director, Brands & Agencies
Swayable is a fast-growing, cloud analytics product that measures public opinion and the impact of messages and advertising content on it. We are a 35-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. Clients include major consumer-facing brands (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Pictures), technology companies (reputed company, reputed company), researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford) and mission-reputed company civic advocacy campaigns (e.g. on climate, human rights and elections).

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE • Evangelize and reputed company the unique value proposition of the Swayable platform to direct brands, creative agencies, and media buying/planning agencies • Strategize and generate reputed company from agencies and account assignments through sales calls and sales presentations • reputed company account strategies to secure long-term media and platform relationships, reputed company requests for proposal responses, while delivering against client business needs & objectives • Grow and cultivate deep relationships at reputed company levels reputed company assigned accounts, demonstrating a thorough understanding of account's organization, needs and reputed company potential • Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals • Use CRM consistently to record sales activity, deal pipeline and forecast reputed company accurately • Proactively provide client insights, industry specific information and become the go-to subject matter expert in the creative and copy testing research space REQUIREMENTS • 5+ years of experience in sales focused on consumer research, advertising, or marketing data • Demonstrated track record of delivering against quota and excelling in a highly competitive market • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills • Excellent knowledge of marketing and research industry trends, technology platforms and pricing models • Ability to think strategically, strong understanding of traditional and contemporary sales dynamics, tactics and strategies • Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office and CRM software (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company and reputed company.com or equivalent) • Ability to work autonomously - stay organized and show/track reputed company weekly to management • Ability to work remotely - flexible to work hours that spack time zones to support clients and internal meetings PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Startup experience a strong plus • Experience in selling market research tools, advertising and/or data is ideal • Existing and reputed company relationships with key decision makers at reputed company levels of influence reputed company Fortune 500 brands and/or top marketing agencies in reputed company, LA, and/or Chicago • Active in industry trade and networking events • Consumer Brand/Agency experience a plus ABOUT YOU • Self-motivated and outcomes-oriented • Outgoing and resilient personality • Motivated by Swayable's mission and excited about our clients and the important work they do with our technology LOCATION: Remote work supported BENEFITS • 100% Medical, Dental & Vision Plans - no employee contribution required • Generous PTO • Equity options • 401k plan • Ongoing professional development investments • Amazing company culture
reputed company salary range $130-170K, depending reputed company and experience.
