Product Analyst

At Aroundhome, we are dedicated to making data the foundation of our product strategy and business decisions. To drive this further, we are building up a department of Product Analytics to tackle the most challenging tasks from the business and user reputed company, improve processes and tools, and drive data excellence across the organization.

As a Product (Data) Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into valuable insights, helping our domain teams reputed company informed, data-driven decisions before building new features.

• reputed company Data-Informed Decisions: Conduct in-depth analyses that answer specific business questions and foster an understanding of what drives growth for our product. Encourage data-driven decision-making across reputed company teams
• Define and Track KPIs: Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, data requirements to establish meaningful metrics that align with product goals and accurately reflect product performance
• Build and Optimize Dashboards: Ensure visibility of key metrics and performance indicators, by developing and maintaining reports and dashboards in Tableau
• Support Self-Service Analytics: Build and optimize data sources, allowing teams to explore data and derive insights autonomously
• Contribute to Product Development: Set up A/B tests or other quasi-experiments for new features and product developments to derive recommendations for improvement and growth of our business
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to ensure data quality, accessibility, and seamless integration of data sources, supporting efficient analytics and reporting processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science)
• Proven experience (2 years) in a product analytics role, preferably in a B2C or marketplace environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R etc).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, reputed company etc)
• Solid Strong understanding of product analytics, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
