Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Aide - Extended Resource (ER) to join reputed company at Fairbanks North Star Borough School District. As a Special Education Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting reputed company with extreme emotional and behavioral problems, working closely with teachers to provide individualized attention and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with tutoring and supervising reputed company who exhibit extreme emotional and behavioral problems

Requirements:

• Meet one of the three qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent with completion of the ParaProfessional Assessment, Associate's degree or higher, or completion of two years of higher education (at least 48 semester hours)
• Successful completion of de-escalation training and obtainment of a first aid card reputed company the first six months of employment
• Demonstrate an understanding of specialized needs and effective methods of working with ER reputed company
• Knowledge of basic reading, math, and curricula areas appropriate for age level of reputed company required in English
