Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and reputed company guided group stretching classes for clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build and retain StretchLab membership, and ensure client safety and satisfaction
• Attend staff meetings, educational presentations, and maintain a strong social media reputed company
• Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to drive sales and growth

• Commissions for membership acquisition and sales

Requirements:

• Certification or state licensure in a reputed company field (massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, yoga, or dance instruction)
• Experience working in a fitness or health environment with hands-on client training
• Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and a love for boutique fitness environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on reputed company and client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional work ethic and reliable attendance
