Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, providers, and colleagues reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Prioritize service and customer experience in reputed company interactions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience or reputed company guest-focused engagement
• Call center experience in a fast-paced setting

• High School diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
