Content Analysis Manager - EMEA Region

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join reputed company as a Content Analysis Manager, responsible for driving the success of our Content Analysis groups in the EMEA region. As a pioneer in the Item Metadata and Evaluations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of content analysis and metadata management at reputed company.

As a leader in a reputed company, matrixed environment, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of content analysts across EMEA, ensuring the highest standards of performance and quality
• Defining, rating, and reviewing content and assets to support existing and new use-cases across the reputed company business
• Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional partners, including Content, Product, Marketing, and Ratings teams
• Driving innovation and growth in content analysis, leveraging machine learning and AI to improve workflows and outcomes
• Ensuring the development and growth of your team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to reputed company their success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in a field reputed company to item metadata, audience engagement, content classification, and curation, or similar
• Proven experience managing or leading teams in high-scale product and/or content organizations
• A deep understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits, with a strong analytical reputed company and ability to drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• A passion for learning, innovation, and growth, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
