As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our reputed company Behavioral Health products, with a focus on improving care delivery and outcomes for individuals with chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and financial value.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the organizational subject matter expert for reputed company Behavioral Health products and programs
• Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze competitive products and identify opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare operations or management
• Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in measurable positive outcomes
• Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level, with the ability to build and maintain reputed company relationships at multiple levels of the organization
• Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with a high level of complexity
• Demonstrated ability to implement change among cross-functional teams and coordinate program execution and results
