Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff, including scheduling and managing dental appointments, follow-reputed company, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate patient dental records and documentation, ensuring compliance with dental regulations and standards.
• Handle patient communications reputed company phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Organize digital filing systems for easy access to patient histories, treatment plans, and clinic records, maintaining confidentiality and data reputed company.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for dental billing, pre-authorizations, and claims processing, ensuring accurate and efficient reimbursement.

Essential Skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support a fast-paced dental environment, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, dentists, and support staff, with ability to build rapport and resolve issues professionally.
