As a Medical Transcriptionist with Employelevate, you will be responsible for transcribing medical reports dictated by healthcare professionals with high accuracy and efficiency. You will adhere to client specifications, employ medical transcription best practices, and ensure all transcribed documents are grammatically correct and error-free. You will also maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all legal requirements regarding medical records.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $30.00 per hour, as well as the flexibility to work from home and choose from a variety of schedules, including late-night and graveyard hours. If you have experience working with the Emdat InScribe program, you'll have an edge over other candidates. We're looking for individuals who share our high standards and are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe medical reports accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to client specifications and medical transcription best practices
• Ensure all transcribed documents are grammatically correct and error-free
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with legal requirements
• Review and edit transcribed reports for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of full-time experience as a Medical Transcriptionist
• Strong familiarity with medical terminology, grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
• Must reside and work within the United States
