Job Overview:

The Part-Time Customer Care Associate will be responsible for:

• Processing incoming orders and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Utilizing multiple customer support tools to ensure successful resolution of customer issues
• Maintaining world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
• Building and managing relationships with customers and contacts to drive sales and customer retention
• Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:30 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST

Location: 100% Remote, with the requirement to reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Maryland, reputed company, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, or Missouri. Occasional commute to an office may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient order entry in reputed company
• Resolve customer inquiries using multiple support tools and resources
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and customer retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive business results

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
• No previous experience required, but customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent training and experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry

Physical Requirements:

The employee will be required to remain in a stationary position at times, communicate, and operate a computer and telephone.
