Seasonal People Resource Representative (Remote)

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused People Resource Representative to join reputed company on a seasonal basis. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the United States, providing top-notch support to our clients through phone, email, and chat communication.

Job Summary:

In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving a wide range of HR and tax training support requests and inquiries, conducting research to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of data, and documenting cases in a timely and accurate manner. You'll utilize various data sources to analyze problems, determine the best method to resolve, and present detailed explanations to associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service through phone, email, and chat communication
• Resolve HR and tax training support requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of data
• Document cases and present detailed explanations to associates
• Utilize internal computer systems to maintain tax professional training and certification records
• Facilitate compliance with federal and state licensing and registration requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients, associates, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with Windows operating system and internet speed of at least 15 MBPS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to type at least 43 words per minute
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or HR support function
