Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Handle multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service
• Follow communication scripts, identify customers' needs, and provide solutions and alternatives
• reputed company data entry, access company resources, and navigate online platforms reputed company
• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in reputed company customer interactions

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience
• 1+ year of call center or office background experience
• Technical savvy and ability to work independently
• Previous remote work experience a plus
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and typing accuracy (35 wpm)
• Ability to pass a background reputed company, in accordance with state and federal laws

• Competitive starting pay: $14/hour, with shift differential and potential increase after 90 days
• reputed company: 3 weeks, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (MST)
• Full-time, 40-hour schedule, with rotating weekends
