As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the architecture that supports our portfolio of work across three value streams: Finance, Risk and Internal Audit, and People (HR). Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the definition of technology roadmaps that support our business ambitions and align with our overarching technology strategy.

• Manage technology metadata records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on applications, software, and hardware in use.

• Construct and manage resource plans, including multi-year demand and supply views, recruitment, and retention plans.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A solid engineering or architecture background, with degree-level qualifications relevant to finance, risk, HR, or procurement.
• Extensive experience leading large, multi-disciplinary IT teams.
• A practical understanding of architecture and engineering requirements, with a proven ability to reputed company new architecture and engineering patterns to solve reputed company technology problems.
• Leadership and management skills, with expertise in resourcing and reputed company management.
• Strong influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to stakeholder manage up to ExCo level.
